We are delighted to announce that our team—Suhani Ojha, Shahbaz Khan, Areeba Fatima Ansari, and I, Saumya Deep—emerged as the winners of the Startup Business Plan Contest 8.0 held at School of Management Sciences, Varanasi, on May 11, 2024. The event was organized by the Centre for Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Skill Development (CEISD) and Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) under the valuable mentorship of Prof. (Dr.) Raj Kumar Singh, Chairperson, CEISD.

Our business plan focuses on addressing a critical gap in healthcare—providing accessible, affordable, and compassionate in-home medical care for senior citizens.

✅ Problem Statement: Many senior citizens struggle with mobility issues, loneliness, and lack of proper medical attention at home.

✅ Vision & Mission: To offer a dedicated healthcare service that ensures dignity, independence, and well-being for the elderly.

✅ Innovative Approach: Our plan includes telemedicine, wearable health monitoring devices, personalized nutrition plans, and 24/7 caregiver support.

✅ Revenue Model: Sustainable pricing plans ensuring affordability and scalability across multiple regions.

✅ Future Growth & Sustainability: Expansion from Varanasi to other districts in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and later, pan-India coverage.
